d'après Camptocamp
Sur Bruyeres, au niveau de l'étang de Pointhaie il y a un sentier où il est indiqué "Roche de Pointhaie". Pour un bon marcheur, il faut 15min de marche pour arriver en bas de la roche. Il y a aussi un chemin qui contourne la roche et qui permet d'arriver par le haut pour fixer son matos et descendre en rappel.
