d'après Camptocamp
Du parking de l'Agachou, suivre le balisage vert, au panneau circuit du Renard, l'ignorer et prendre à gauche. La petite falaise est tout de suite tout droit dans un petit défilé (même itinéraire que pour aller à Actinidias).

Plusieurs accès possibles (Parking du pont de Mazet, camping des actitidias, parking sur le plateau). Dans tous les cas, la presqu'île se traverse rapidement d'un point à l'autre
