Depuis le "Pied du Hohneck", rejoindre le col du Schaeferthal en 15 minutes et poursuivre sur le GR5 en direction du Schiessrothried sur une centaine de mètres. Remonter un pierrier sur la gauche pour accéder au premier rocher, visible depuis le sentier.
